Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format.
- In-line citation and reference lists were prepared using Reference manager (EndNote, Zotero or Mendeley)
- Where available, DOI or URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is double-spaced; uses a 12-point Aptos font; and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Copyright Retention: Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) that allows others to share, copy, and adapt the work with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.

Non-Exclusive Distribution: Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository, or publish it in a book), with an explicit acknowledgment of its initial publication in TROPHOS.

Self-Archiving: Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work.

Data Collection
The journal collects personal information—such as names, institutional affiliations, ORCID iDs, and email addresses—strictly for the purposes of managing the editorial workflow, conducting peer review, and publishing accepted manuscripts.
Data Usage and Protection
The data entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated academic and publishing purposes of TROPHOS. We will not sell, distribute, or make this personal information available for any commercial purpose or to any unauthorized third party. Published articles will display the authors' names, affiliations, and contact email addresses as part of the standard academic record.
User Rights
All registered users (authors, reviewers, and editors) have the right to view, update, or correct their personal profile information at any time by logging into their TROPHOS account. Users may also contact the editorial office to request the deletion of their account and associated personal data, provided it does not conflict with the journal's obligation to maintain a permanent record of published research.
