Derived from Latin to signify the intrinsic connection between the earth and nourishment, Terra Alimentaria was established to bridge the critical gap between agricultural production and consumer consumption. As global food supply chains become increasingly complex, our journal provides a multidisciplinary forum for agricultural scientists, food technologists, and industry professionals to collaborate on holistic solutions.
Our comprehensive scope includes, but is not limited to:
- Agronomy, crop science, and sustainable farming systems
- Food chemistry, microbiology, and safety
- Advanced food processing and engineering

Open Access & Zero Publication Fees
We believe that crucial scientific discoveries should be accessible to all without barriers. Terra Alimentaria is fully Open Access, distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY). To celebrate our launch and encourage the rapid dissemination of high-quality research, all manuscripts submitted and accepted before December 31, 2026, will be published completely free of charge (100% APC waiver).
