About the Journal

ROPHOS (derived from the Greek trophē, meaning "nourishment") is a premier, peer-reviewed international journal published by Nusaxis Pustaka Mandiri. We are dedicated to the holistic advancement of food science, bridging the critical gap between agricultural production and consumer consumption.

In an era where food systems are increasingly complex, TROPHOS provides a scientifically rigorous platform for researchers to explore the chemical, biological, engineering, and physical properties of food. We champion a "farm-to-table" approach, recognizing that true innovation in food quality and safety requires an integrated understanding of the entire supply chain.

The journal focuses on postharvest human food safety and quality issues and welcomes submissions related to the areas of interest listed below:

The work described should be innovative either in the approach or in the methods used. The significance of the results either for the science community or for the food industry must also be specified. Contributions that do not fulfil these requirements will not be considered for review and publication.
